WHM Effectiveness Review

It is becoming increasingly important for organisations to be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of WHM measures, whether to justify their investment or to understand which measures are well received by employees. We can support organisations in this regard - with our WHM effectiveness model, guidelines and other practical tools.

Our WHM effectiveness model shows current insights into the correlations between WHM and corporate success. This model has been developed together with our partners from the worlds of business and science.

Friendly Work Space Job-Stress-Analysis (formerly the S-Tool) is at the heart of the effectiveness model and can also serve as the basis for your own model. If you would like to apply the model yourself, all the information you need can be found in the guidelines »Promoting WHM via Effectiveness Review”.

Guidelines «Promoting WHM via Effectiveness Review»

The guidelines «Promoting WHM via Effectiveness Review» will help you discover how to review the effectiveness of WHM measures. The reference figures and questions that can be used to review the effectiveness of a WHM project are illustrated step-by-step in practical examples.

Correlation with the Friendly Work Space label

The guidelines were developed in collaboration with a range of organisations and are aligned with the Friendly Work Space label guidelines. Thus Health Promotion Switzerland is responding to the wish expressed by  organisations for more support with label criteria 3, 5 and 6. Use of the guidelines is individual and voluntary, and does not represent a prerequisite for achieving the Friendly Work Space label.
